*Return Policy
At Eroteme Clothing we take advantage of digital textile printing, this allows us to offer all the styles and designs that we currently do. This also means that every single item we sell is custom made specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our clothing we can only accept returns for issues on our end. If we sent you the wrong size, color, item, or if the product is damaged we will gladly replace the item. If it is not a mistake on our end and you just realized you don’t look good in a particular color, or you were not familiar with our shirt sizing at the time of the order, we are really sorry about this and we suggest you use your new shirt to better your life by gracing someone else with the greatest gift they will ever receive. All items returned or exchanged must be in the same condition that they were sent. The item must be unworn and unwashed. If you want to return something, you must pay the return shipping. Returned items can get money back in the form of payment which was originally used or exchanged for a new item.
To reduce the chance of improper sizing please take a look at our size chart before ordering anything. This step can help ensure that your shirt is exactly right for you.

Single piece orders are usually produced and shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders of more than 12 pieces are usually produced and shipped within 12-15 days.

We ship all international orders utilizing U.S. Air Mail. International Orders require a physical street address and phone number. We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International Orders. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays. The shipping time for international Postal Air Mail orders usually takes 5 to 30 business days depending on the country of destination. Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.
Please Note: International orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the country of destination. Please check with customs officials within your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.
